    Annual Report 2025: "Building Momentum"

2025 has been a year of building momentum. Our ecosystem continues to grow - not just in numbers, but in the depth and quality of innovation happening within our walls. With 40 startups now actively supported and over 200 employees across our portfolio companies, we are seeing the compounding effect of years of dedicated ecosystem building.

We are equally proud of our continued commitment to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. Through our support of YES Young Enterprise Switzerland and Youngpreneurs, we are investing directly in the future of our region. A particularly encouraging signal comes from our partner, the Albert Koechlin Stiftung (AKS), which has not only backed YES and Youngpreneurs financially — and will continue to do so — but has also awarded an impressive CHF 380,000 in prize money to young entrepreneurs and startups through their Innerschweizer Startup Preis. This is an extraordinary boost for our ecosystem, and we are delighted to count AKS among our valued partners.

A particular highlight was the emergence of Lucerne as a destination for space-related industries. Through strategic partnerships with global aerospace players and the organization of international forums, TECHNOPARK® Luzern is helping position Central Switzerland at the forefront of the new space economy. This, combined with our strong partnerships with Canton Lucerne, the Federal Government, and the University of Lucerne, reinforces our mission to create lasting economic value through entrepreneurship.

Equally defining was the successful leadership transition. With the handover from the previous to the new managing director, we ensured continuity while also gaining fresh momentum for the further development of TECHNOPARK® Luzern. This smooth transition speaks to the stability and maturity of our organization.

I am deeply grateful to our board, our partners, and most importantly, the entrepreneurs who trust us as their home base. Together, we are building something that will shape Central Switzerland's innovation landscape for decades to come.

Annual Report 2025 – "A Year of New Beginnings"

Since joining TECHNOPARK® Luzern as Managing Director in April 2025, I have been inspired by the strength of our ecosystem and the ambition of our entrepreneurs. I arrived at an organization with over two decades of impact, and my goal from day one has been to build on that legacy while bringing fresh energy and bold new initiatives.

In a short time, we have achieved remarkable milestones. We welcomed exceptional startups like Etanox, Freshglow, and Adartys into our portfolio. We launched the Corporate Roadshow Series, connecting our startups with leading enterprises such as RUAG and Thermoplan. We founded the Space Systems Innovation Platform (SSIP), positioning Lucerne on the global aerospace map. And we introduced the Technopark Luzern Build Day, a new format that brings our community together to create and collaborate.

I am energized by what lies ahead and fully committed to making TECHNOPARK® Luzern the undisputed hub for innovation and entrepreneurship in Central Switzerland.
